Call of the Worldsoul weekly seems bugged this week

Describe the bug
The call of the worldsoul quest is showing as complete on all my level 80 characters without having done anything to complete them this week. The current weekly "Archives: Seeking History" which is to collect 100 fragments had tracked correctly the last time it was up but is now not tracking.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error message, the weekly is just being tracked incorrectly.

To Reproduce

  1. Log into character
  2. Before even accepting the new weeks quest it was flagged as complete
  3. update to latest alpha build
  4. Still see error

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Which version of SavedInstances are you using?
11.0.5-1-g1499b78

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
The collect 100 fragments was working in previous weeks. Its just being overwritten this week and incorrectly showing as complete.

It seems like one of the quest in Call of the Worldsoul have been marked completed already, so SI found it and mark the entry completed. I'll look at it later.

Same issue this week. The weekly is "A Call to Delves", and its being marked as complete on every alt even though i just logged in and hadn't got this weeks weekly yet.

This is on my main, all i did was log on and pick up this weeks weekly quest. I haven't started it yet, this was just from picking it up. Below is the same dump on one of my alts. It has picked up the quest but not started it yet.

Same issue this week as well. My best guess is its tracking the quest "Archives: The First Disc" still for some reason because the only alt that it isnt flagging as completed on log ismy newest 80 who is the only alt that hasnt done that quest.

It seems like when only one Call of the Worldsoul weekly quest is available in one week, it will not reset other quests completion status and the SI will find one and report to be completed.

Dump the quests completion info by following script

Would you dump this info. Since I've found no way to tell if a character is completed the weekly or blz didn't reset the completion and only provide one choice.
