Describe the bug
The call of the worldsoul quest is showing as complete on all my level 80 characters without having done anything to complete them this week. The current weekly "Archives: Seeking History" which is to collect 100 fragments had tracked correctly the last time it was up but is now not tracking.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error message, the weekly is just being tracked incorrectly.

To Reproduce

1. Log into character
2. Before even accepting the new weeks quest it was flagged as complete
3. update to latest alpha build
4. Still see error

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Which version of SavedInstances are you using?
11.0.5-1-g1499b78

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
The collect 100 fragments was working in previous weeks. Its just being overwritten this week and incorrectly showing as complete.

Additional context

It seems like one of the quest in Call of the Worldsoul have been marked completed already, so SI found it and mark the entry completed. I'll look at it later.
