Random "Raid L" listed as a saved raid despite me turning all raids off. No tooltip on mouseover.

Describe the bug
Random "L" showing up as a saved Raid. Just says "Raid L" in the list with no tooltip on mouseover.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors.
To Reproduce
- use hotkey to view tooltip thing
- Look at list

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Which version of SavedInstances are you using?
11.0.7
Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?
yes... 11.0.5 Although I ddidnt notice it this issue may have been present just depending on what triggered the save to show up.
Additional context
I removed ALL raids from showing in the list from every expansion and this Raid L still shows up. As far as I can tell I disabled everything from showing in the tooltip but my Paladin is still listing this Raid L for whatever reason.
