Holiday bosses (via LFD) aren't being accounted for in the heuristic instance/h limit calculations

Basically not a single lfd holiday instance is being tracked for any of my characters, being a leader or not doesn't change anything. Considering that the current model of holiday dungeons tends to have more and more people using multiple characters and are quite fast to run I decided to put the issue out here and let you guys/girls check the issue for a possible fix or just leave it as is because nothing can be done.
Not sure if this is a general problem (affecting other holiday bosses as well). Maybe those holiday LFD instances weren't a thing when the calculation was first added?
Someone will have to take a look at the heuristics to see if they account for LFD dungeons at all, or if it's a specific problem with the holiday bosses.
