N'Zoth Assaults, like Special Assignments, have a maximum of three per week, but only two exist at the same time.line 329 should be the same as line 1041, with a value of 2.

Did you try having SavedInstances as the only enabled addon and everything else (especially something like ElvUI) disabled?

Was it working in a previous version? If yes, which was the last good one?

Additional context

Minor Assaults' quest was getting reset bi-weekly so only 2 quest are marked completed at a time, tested at Patch 10.2. If you are getting things like '3/2', please provide screenshot.
