Describe the bug
When I sell items to the vendor to make room during inventory management, and then buy that item back I cannot remove it from the junk list in Scrap. I've tried uninstalling Scrap, and deleting it's contents from WTF with no success. I'm not going to delete the entire WTF folder, and lose a bunch of settings. Is there a fix other than switching to dejunk?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Fill Junk and useful list with 39 or more items. I have 56 total over both lists
  2. Start selling expensive consumes to the vendor and buying them back. (The DMT alcohol works well)
  3. The consume then sells everytime you use Scrap, and it does not show up on the junk and useful item lists anymore.

Expected behavior
Be able to remove an item from the junk list.
