Describe the bug
Low level and unusable gear from old raids/dungeons is not being marked as junk by default when looted

To Reproduce

1. Loot a low level or unusable soulbound piece of gear
2. Does not show as junk in bag
3. Open vendor
4. Does not get sold as junk when selling with Scrap

Expected behaviour
Should be marked as junk

Additional context
I'm using Bagnon with Bagnon Scrap. But I also tried disabling Bagnon to test if that was the issue and it still didn't work properly. I have also just recently completely deleted my WTF folder to test for other issues, but the issue is still occurring.
