Describe the bug
Closing the vendor window while on the scrap tab bugs out the UI. The escape key stops working (doesn't cancel targets or open the game menu) and other windows (like character info) are positioned wrong.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. open vendor
2. go to the scrap tab
3. close it using the "X" button

Expected behaviour
For the UI to not bug out.
