Scrap destroyed unopened loot boxes

- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
With "Destroy Worthless" checked, Scrap destroyed a "Bronze Celebration Cache of Treasures" and a "Timely Goodie Bag".

Scrap 11.1.1
World of Warcraft Flavor
Retail
World of Warcraft Region
US/NA
Tested with only Scrap
I got this issue with only Scrap enabled
Lua Error
There was no LUA error
Reproduction Steps
- Enable "Destroy Worthless"
- Open a vendor window and have Scrap do it's thing.
