Describe the bug
Scrap autosells some of my epic gear that has equal or very close to current ilevel gear equiped. There are a couple of items I have checked this with now, and when adding them to the usefuil list it appears as a blue item with it's much lower itemlevel. This has happened to a Mythic upgraded gear, and a gearpiece that was upgraded randomly when looted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Have one of the following items in bag (might work with other similarly upgraded items)
   Down-Lined Breeches (upgraded to Mythic 2 435)
   Vile Manipulator's Armwraps (upgraded to Epic 445)

2. Have items equiped that are better than the BASE version of the items in your bag (note, the base versions).

3. watch it be sold

4. add the equipment to Useful list, and observe that it's added as its base verison.

Expected behaviour
Not selling the equipment, and perhaps adding the items as they appear in the inventory to the Useful list when added.
