In the latest release of Sexy Map on Twitch broke the addon. Does not show up in the options panel nor does right clicking on the map open it's options as it did before.

I second this. It shows up in the addons section of WoW but the addon does not work at all once logged into a character... eww im stuck with the default now

Same here. I deleted current version and reinstalled it hoping for the best, still bugged.

I have the same issue.. Its also labled under classic for some odd reason.

Same here, can't open the options window. Typing /sexymap in chat just opens the Interface -> Addons view but there is no SexyMap addon listed.

SexyMap is visible but I can't change any options.

Actually. SexyMap started working after I posted my plea for help earlier. I did not do anything special, I might have restarted WoW. The setup interface started working by itself.

There has been a huge problem with Twitch in the past few days. Twitch updated many addons with wrong client version, it installed -classic versions as an update on top of existing retail installations. Affected addons were atleast: Plater, Details, ShadowedUnitFrames, DBM, FishingBuddy, maybe others too. I sent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Manually installing a older version from the Twitch -> Addon -> Versions tab worked.

Delete SexyMap and install it fresh.
