There's no "plus" icon next to SexyMap in the interface addon settings

Title sais it all. I cannot edit Sexymap to look the way I want. Also I cannot move the minimap.
Can I get some pointers here? Did I miss something?
I have the same issue on the current build of SexyMap for Classic. Throws an error related to pet battles when I launch the game, otherwise it is the same as the above pic. Resetting profile or reinstalling mod have no effect. Worked fine before the recent BG patch. Error copy/paste below.
