When using v5 (released 1/14/20 on Twitch), I get none of the customizations and the settings tree is missing. I only get the first page of settings / general settings. The plus sign to expand the tree under SexyMap is missing.

v4 is working fine. Not sure if this is an issue with interaction with another mod or specific to SexyMap.

You're using the retail version and not the classic version. Uninstall, then install it fresh or use Twitch to manage it for you.

Reinstalling it fixed the problem, although I've only ever used Twitch to manage the addon. Not sure how it got the wrong version.
