I have no + option in interface after last update

Same here, can only have the default mini atm.

Let me help you out with that lads, just do the following:

Open your Twitch app -> Mods -> WoW -> Click on SexyMap -> Versions -> Choose 14.1.20 v4-classic-2-gbaa71ca Alpha

Unfortunately all profiles are gone, but hey, the addon works =)

Thanks @Kakemonsteret. I can verify this fixed the issue.
Previously, the right click interface on the live Classic version was just basic options no drop down + for additional options and basic look to the minimap.
