[Suggestion] Add option to show seconds on game clock

Describe the problem
The current clock option only shows HH:MM it would be really useful to have an option to also enble seconds to show so the format becomes HH:MM:SS.
This would help with co-ordinating actions and timing events such as the current pre-patch bosses that always start on exactly the same second.
