I can be wrong but if I recall correctly I was able to move the minimap around (inside and not the frame) when I zoom in.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Zoom In
2. Try to drag/move inside the minimap (not frame)
3. And doesn't work

Nope and everything else works perfectly and wonderful

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)

There are zero Addons I use for Minimap besides SexyMap and I even tried to disable all addons to test and issue (or maybe not an issue since I can't be 100% sure was able to do that in the past)

No, you cannot move around inside the minimap, you can only see the area around your character.
