Multiple options are missing from SexyMap settings and applied presets fail to persist through relaunch

I installed the newest copy of SexyMap this morning (manually in the Retail addon folder) and it appears in the addon list as usual, without triggering any 'out of date' warnings. However, the options for controlling buttons/visibility are missing, and applying presets does not change the map.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Example:

  1. Launch title.
  2. Log on any character.
  3. Right click minimap.
  4. Under Presets, select 'Blue rune square glow' (an old favorite of mine).

Result: The minimap itself changes to a square shape, but the frame does not change. The frame disappears when reloading the UI, but the frame returns after relaunching the title.

Note: This was a fresh install on a 'clean' PC that has never had any WoW addons on it before.

Version: 9.2.13
