Objective Tracker Frame Disappeared

Describe the problem
Objective Tracker Frame Disappeared even after removing the app settings and uninstalling the addon and I can't get it back.
The Lua error message that I'm getting is (copy and pasted):

Sorry if I interfere, but I had a similar problem. However, I managed to fix it, at least for me.
I TURNED OFF sexymap, removed the two edit-mode-cache files in WTF-Account-Acc#-server-name, and did a Scan and Repair. This solved the problem, at least for me.
Unfortunately, I do not know what information is important for the author and user and what information is not.
According to my observations, Edit Mode remembered that on one of my characters, I used Sexymaps' quest tracking window move feature. And from that time, this error began to appear only on that character, even if later I turned the Sexymap addon off.
SexyMapObjectivesMover error without the sexymap addon itself...
The second character, who has the same profile, did not have these problems because I did not use this function there. That is why I came to this conclusion.
