Map and Blizzard Border Radius Mismatch

Describe the problem

The actual map does not fill the whole space of the Blizzard minimap border (Hide default border option unchecked)
I have tried modifying the scale and messing with the UI Scale in WoW itself, along with disabling all other addons.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Reset profile to default
  2. Go to Options -> SexyMap -> Borders, click "Clear & start over" then uncheck "Hide default border"
  3. Map size is smaller than border

What version of the addon are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

10.0.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No LUA error, just visual discrepency

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)

Disabled all addons and deleted the WTF folder, issue still occurred
