Setting for Show North Tag is greyed out!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Noticed north tag was missing and setting is greyed out aka disabled, not clickable

Dragonflight removed the north arrow, this option will be removed in a future update.

Only commenting to note that I found this issue, nearly seven months after @funkydude closed it, as I too have been searching for a solution to the problem. It sure is annoying when Blizzard pulls this kind of anti-useful, unnecessary stunt. I hope the addon does reflect this soon, in case I forget in the future and start looking for answers again. :)
