Describe the problem

POI Arrows like the Yellow Objective Arrow or Party Member Arrows seem to be masked under the border of the minimap unless they are pointing to one of the corners.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Enabled/Disabled SexyMap to confirm this wasn't the issue with the unmodded map
2. Picked an objective and circled around it, watched the arrows slip out of view. See youtube link below

I can confirm the same issue while using a different layout.

I am also having this issue or it will show only part of the arrow, but it's cut off. No amount of configuration seems to fix it.
