You have another addon interfering. Disabling all your other addons until you can find the problematic one.

Thank you!! Come to find out it was a setting i had enabled in Leatrix plus to hide the mini map buttons. Forgot i had that set since i was useing the game mini map tell Blizz got the arrow issue fixed
