Describe the problem

I am playing WoW Season of Discovery and I am having problems with the tracking button position displacement.
Despite having locked button dragging it keeps resetting the tracking button - and ONLY the tracking button upon performing certain ingame actions...

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Using my hearthstone causes it to reset...
2. Any type of zonening requireing loading will cause it to reset...

What version of the addon are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

Do you have an error log of what happened?

The problem doesn't appear to be the result on any lua error

Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English)

This is always caused by another addon, most commonly Leatrix.
