Tracking button will not stay on.

Classic SOD
tracking button for herbs or treasure will not appear nor stay on.
I thought it might have to do with Questie which is an issue, but I disabled that and it still did not show up.
I have it to show always. The day/night indicator shows no problem. I have toggled on/off, on hover, even never. on and off and it does not show at all. The only thing I disable is the coordinates button and leave everything as is. I do use Hiding Bar showing always.
