I would love an option that let us move the tiny capture bar that shows under the minimap. Currently its appearing above my minimap and i cannot move it. There is a tiny rune diagram during Azshara's encounter which is also attached to that frame and i need to use a weak aura to move it. This is how it looks for me now, really annoying:
