Don't seem to be able to move the minimap. Right clicking the map does not work, and even if the lock minimap option is unlocked, it doesn't seem to be possible to move the map.

Version is v3-classic.

Then you have something interfering. It will most likely work fine with all other addons disabled. You can do this to find out what addon is at fault.
