As of patches 4.4.0 and 10.2.7, the game client now supports a comma-delimited list of values for the Interface version entry.

Update the Interface version to 11502, 40400, 100207
Add support for The War Within by adding 110000 to the Interface version.
Remove flavor-specific ToC files.
