How to add CJK support?

I have downloaded Noto CJK fonts (lots of files of ~16MBye size). How can I modify the addon to support some CJK fonts?

This addon isn't designed to be modified. You want to install the "SharedMedia" addon which is designed to have custom fonts added to it.
