[BUG] Incoming heals on raid frames?

What is the feature you would like requested?

I've turned this on in the settings but It still doesn't show incoming heals on my raid frames. Also for some reason my raid frames keep switching back to the DPS layout

This should now be resolved with HealComm-4.0 support.
