What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have ShestakUI enabled and "Enable styling of Blizzard frames" enabled.
2. Open the guild bank with privileges to withdraw gold
3. No button is available until I disable "Enable styling of Blizzard frames"

What version of ShestakUI are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

Hello, Fogelholk. Sorry about this issue. I've pushed a commit that addresses this. It looks like there was an oversight from when I was making changes for the BCC variant of the guild bank skin. If you need this fix immediately, you may clone from the mater branch, otherwise it will be in for the 1.34 release.
