[BUG] Move Blizzard UI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Turn on Move Blizzard frames
- Open Guild Panel
- Move Guild Panel
What version of ShestakUI are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error log
Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English) (Attach screenshots here if available, do not link externally)
You aren't using the latest version, as this has been fixed and the message in your chat has been removed.
Download from here. Extract ShestakUI and ShestakUI_Config to your Interface\AddOns
Make sure they are two separate addons and not both in a parent folder named ShestakUI-master.
