[BUG] Wanding makes cooldowns timers dissappear(filger bug(?))

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Make a cooldown start(use any spell with cd)
- Start to wand(!shoot) anything
- Cooldown timer and whole cooldwn bar (over buttons panel) will dissapear
What version of ShestakUI are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)
0.90
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors in log as far as i see
Any additional information? (example: WoW language if not English) (Attach screenshots here if available, do not link externally)
I'll take a look into this tomorrow. This is likely the result of me trying to fix an earlier bug related to wands incorrectly triggering some Filger CDs when they weren't on CD and breaking something in the process.
