[BUG] Show incoming heal on frame

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The option 'Show incoming heal on frames' doesn't work as it seems and unfortunately HealComm (a popular addon that does exactly the same) doesn't work either with ShestakUI.
Maybe it's more of a request, but any form of functional healing income would be awesome for all healers using this wonderful UI.
