problem: the addon ( via /click SilverDragonMacroButton )
keeps targeting Deifir the Untamed when it is tamed as a hunter pet.

I was wrong about how nopet worked, alas.

I think there's not anything I can do about hunter-pets for the macro targeting in a general sense.

I could make it only target valid units for harmful abilities, but there's plenty of things out there to scan for which are friendly.

I could also make it skip adding anything to the macro which has the exact name of your current pet, I guess. Can't do anything about the pets of other hunters, of course.

The hunters who aren't renaming it to Deifir the Tamed are cowards.

But seriously, it's tricky because all the macro technically does is a long list of /targetexact Name of Rare commands. I'm looking into whether adding the [nopet] macro-conditional would work there, but I can't find a hunter with their pet out to test it on at the moment.

i actually tamed the rare itself... was a pain in the rear waiting for it to circle around and with the aggressive flies in the area but it worked, and i didn't mess with the pet name, the game preserved the name "Deifir the Untamed" after it was tamed.

Hmm, well, I can say that [nopet] will definitely work to make it not target your pet. I just can't tell if it'll work on other pets out there. So, probably a worthwhile change.
