As per the title, see screenshot example:
could still hover over item tooltip from the elite mob
Im 99% sure i closed the alert window when i engaged the mob, so it may be combat related

The popups have to be hidden by not-being-hidden in combat, and I had that tooltip not checking for that case. I've covered that up now.
