The zone wide yell by the mob which indicates that Sire Ladinas has spawned can also be seen when in Sinfall (both floors). However, SilverDragon only announces it if the player is in Revendreth. Is it possible to fire this when in Sinfall as well?

I noticed it today and was able to get to the spot that he becomes active before he did. So it would be a fairly useful notification for when sat idling in Sinfall?

Let me look into good ways to handle this, since I don't currently have a smart way to cope with "this mob genuinely isn't present in this zone, but should maybe announce here anyways". I can probably make going up the chain of parent-zones work out okay for microdungeons like this, but I'll need to go check it out and verify that the theory works.
