The rares that spawn during the elemental storm will not send an Alert when they are up and you have entered the zone. You have to target them to get it.

Manually entering their names in does nothing.

Can confirm - alerts for rares that are tied to specific storm area do not announce.
Flying close-by or targeting enables alert.
Ideally as soon as the map icon apears, alert should go through to allow users to alt-tab in time.

Rares that are tied to storm type (they can spawn on any zone) are working properly as of april 3rd.
