Hello, I am having problems where the popup for the rare at the side of the screen does not show, only the texts does. I checked the settings and everything has been checked and I do not tamper with the default, do you have any idea what's causing this issue?

Since this is AddonSkins messing with it, you need to either wait for AddonSkins to fix this, or turn off its skin for SilverDragon.

I realized that addon skins is messing with it. I am testing it with the test pop-ups in general. after disabling all addons except silver dragon, amalgamation, Instructor Tarahna, scrap King, Nerissa, time lost, Vyragosa, worldedge gorger, Yiphrim test pop-ups are not working
