Initial Eastern Kingdoms + Kalimdor zones (the vanilla ones) are not updated for Cataclsym.

The old zones still show the old rares, they have not been updated for Cataclysm.

The PR works, with the exception that there are no Rare mobs shown in Darkshore, Arathi Highlands and Silithus (from what i saw), even if they are listed in the tables
