I'm sorry, I'm sure this is a simple question but it's driving me nuts. I've disabled showing mobs for achievements if the step has been completed on another character so the following (and many others) should not alert me but they still are.

The tooltip shows "quests" but I have no idea what that is - it's not a filter type in the options. How do I disable this category of alerts?
