[Feature Request] Modified click on alert popup to ignore rare

This is more of a qol improvement request. It would be very convenient if we can, say, shift-right-click on the alert popup frame to ignore the rare, instead of having to go into options and going through menus/tabs trying to locate and uncheck it.
