E.G. If I have unchecked "Got the Loot", rares in Stormheim which I still need for Adventurer of Stormheim would not be announced.

Same goes for Broken Shore rares, although those drop no loot in the first place and are not needed for any achievement.

The check was treating "doesn't have all the loot" and "doesn't have any known loot" as equivalent. This is now fixed.
