There can be a lot of rares shown on the map. If you're looking for just one, it'd be helpful to have a way to focus it. A modified click causing all the relevant nodes to either be the only ones visible, or to have some visual effect that highlights them?

I think this might require switching off of handynotes, however. HereBeDragons-Pins would probably be viable here.

This has been largely accomplished. There's focusing nodes, and a highlight when focusing.
