Rares with no loot but achievement completes would still be announced

Possibly related to #69
Having nothing checked in Outputs->General, rares would still be announced even when achievement related to them are completed, if they have no known loot.

So I might be a little confused on what the toggle is supposed to do. Questions:

  1. "Got the loot" toggle is unchecked. If a mob has a vignette, and drops a mount that I already got, is it still supposed to announce? Currently it does in game, e.g. darkshore rares
  2. If Silverdragon will always announce if vignette shows, what does the toggle do? Only affects mouseover or nameplate scans? At some point in previous versions the toggle does work on vignette, just that there are some conflicts/priority issue with "Got the loot" and "Completed by an alt" toggles.

Can you let me know if you experienced this in the release version or in the alpha? (There's a lot of loot changes recently, so it'll affect what I need to check.)

I am on the release version, thank you.

Okay, with all checkboxes unchecked, I think this would mean that either there's a vignette or there's an uncompleted-quest for the rare in question -- achievement-completion is the last level of completion that it checks for, and if those previous ones are present it'll get bypassed.

The issue here is really that I don't expose the granular parts of this check. It sounds like what you want is "tell me about rares I can get something shiny from, or can work towards an achievement for, but don't tell me about rares that I can just kill for a shot at their regular blue drops", yes?

There's more discussion of reworking this in #53.

This is of course made more obvious because all Shadowlands rares are on a daily system, unlike BfA and Legion which had most of the base zone ones be one-and-done. It was only the later additions (Mechagon, Nazjatar, etc) which were daily rares.
