There is a rare in Revendreth named Sire Ladinas. You have to force him to spawn. When he does, there is a zone wide yell, but it is not yelled by him. In this case it is yelled by Scorched Scavenger.

I'm not sure if you already support this and this one just isn't configured, but if not, would it be worthwhile to extend your current logic and allow for an optional "yeller" name?
