Is there a possibility of adding the ilvl of the player when inspecting? Thank you.

It's possible -- the main reason I haven't done it so far is that the ilvl calculation is a bit more complicated than just adding the items together and dividing by the number of slots. (I think it just needs some handling for one/two handed weapons.)
