Was cooking, a quest item, got agro, the craft completed sucessfully during combat after the mob took a swing at me,. Must have missed, as it didn't get interupted.

There are some checks for combat lockdown (UnitAffectingCombat("player")) but I don't believe it makes sense to add code to every single function call not to mention what a debugging nightmare it would be to verify.
