I somehow put the bottom right draggable thing out of screen and now I can't resize the window back to it's original size

The command "/skillet reset" resets the position and size of open frames. The frames position and size are stored in World of Warcraft\_classic_\WTF\Account\<name>\<realm>\<character>\layout-local.txt. You can edit this file while WoW is closed.
