Incorrect curse metadata resulting in Classic version being stuck at 1.35 in WowUp

WowUp is not detecting versions of Skillet-Classic for Classic Era beyond version 1.35 as Curse has a bug where the metadata it reports to clients is wrong for multi-version addons.

Apparently the fix is to just upload the same file to Curse twice, once as a TBC and once as a Classic addon.

I think I've fixed it with Skillet-Classic-1.38-alpha4. Please verify and let me know.
