Add tinytooltip-reforged and tinyinspect-reforged to the exclusion list of addons

Ho could you add these 2 to to addon exclusioon list?
I like my tooltop to have some more see true effect in the background but the background of skinner is just 100% plain black and I can't seem to adjust it on the addons itself.
