Describe the bug
Bonus roll frame seems a bit bugged? Not sure what's going on there. The bonus roll frame doesn't appear to be in the lists of skinable frames (or, I can't find where to be able to turn it on or off)?

The BonusRollFrame is part of the Loot Frames and can be found in the Player Frames option menu.

Here's the /fstack tooltip:

The Loot Frames appeared to have been unchecked in my settings. I flipped that setting skinned the bonus roll frame, but it doesn't fix the buggyness. Not sure what addon's frame that might be, then. Perhaps Savedinstances?

Try running the command /fstack and placing your cursor over the visible Close button texture, the fstack tooltip will display a list of frames under the cursor. Then please post a screenshot of the fstack tooltip, which will hopefully help me to identify the buggy skinning code.

I think this is being caused by the SavedInstances AddOn as you pointed out. I am unable to test this as I don't do any raiding and am not aware of a way to get these frames to appear otherwise.
